How it Works
Order is placed by the customer from the web store which is downloaded into an order management system then a confirmation SMS will be send. Cross checking will be done by a direct phone call. After confirmation, the order details will be handed over to production team for further processing. After production, the finished product is fetched to the packing department. At the time of packing required documents like invoice and acknowledgement form are printed that needs to be send along with the shipment package to the customer. The product is then packed in a packing box.
When the product is ready for dispatch, our executive will contact you and the product will be handed over to the delivery boy. The product will be delivered safely on the same date within the specified time as per the order. When you receive the product, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgement form by our delivery boy.
